Frequently asked questions

Is the scarf real cashmere?
No. The scarf is woven from polyester yarn that mimics the feel of cashmere: soft, smooth, light and easier to wash than real wool.

Where is the embroidery placed?
By default it goes in the corner of the scarf, above the fringe – the part that shows when you wear it. You can drag to adjust it in the preview frame.

Can you embroider names with Vietnamese accents?
Yes. The customizer fully supports Vietnamese diacritics.

I'm buying a gift – is gift wrapping available?
Yes. You can add the Signature Gift Package (gift box, paper bag, greeting card) to the same order.
