Tweed Pouch with Portrait Embroidery and Name – Hand-Drawn From Your Photo, With or Without Bow

Tweed Pouch with portrait embroidery and name – hand-drawn from your very own photo

You have a photo you truly love: a couple shot, a selfie, a picture with your best friend or someone dear to you. Dear eM hand-draws that photo into a chibi-style embroidery design and embroiders it on the Tweed Pouch – an elegant pouch in woven tweed – together with the name you choose. Every bag is a little portrait unlike anyone else's.

Inside padded shock-absorbing lining, the bag holds its shape, protecting your lipstick, powder and small mirror when tossed into a handbag or suitcase. Choose the with bow flirty version or the without bow minimalist version.

Order photo embroidery in just 3 steps

1. Upload your photo right on the product page (JPG, PNG, HEIC; choose a clear, well-lit photo with 1–2 people).
2. Enter the name to embroider (up to 12 characters, with Vietnamese accents), choose 1 of 12 fonts and 1 of 18 thread colours.
3. Preview & confirm: the preview shows the image and name positions on the pouch, with your original photo in the right corner. The image on the pouch only illustrates placement – after you order, Dear eM hand-draws from the photo you sent and may send you the drawing via Zalo/Messenger for approval before embroidering.

The design and name are fixed at the centre of the bag's front (on the bow version: right below the bow) so the embroidery is balanced and looks its best; no adjusting needed.

Ordering & shipping

• Drawing, embroidery and processing time: 1–3 business days, shipping time not included.
• Nationwide shipping; shipping fees are shown at checkout. In Da Nang, you can pick up at the Dear eM store on Phạm Văn Đồng street.
• The preview only shows placement; the actual embroidery is hand-drawn by Dear eM from the photo you send, so stitch thickness and details may differ slightly.
• Embroidered-to-order products can't be returned or exchanged for spelling mistakes entered by the customer or blurry photos sent by the customer. Please double-check the name and choose a sharp photo before ordering.

Frequently asked questions

Does embroidery show up clearly on tweed?
Yes. Dear eM picks a stitch thickness and a thread colour that contrasts with the tweed so the design and name stand out; you can preview the thread colour on the bag photo when ordering.

Can you embroider a photo with several people?
Embroidery looks best with 1–2 people. For photos with 3 or more people, message Dear eM on Zalo/Messenger for advice before ordering.

Can I see the drawing before it's embroidered?
Yes. After you order, Dear eM hand-draws from your photo and can send you the drawing via Zalo/Messenger to approve before it goes on the embroidery machine.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Dear eM draws, embroiders and packs your order within 1–3 business days, then hands it to the carrier; delivery time depends on your area.
