How do I personalize it?
- Open a product page and use the Dear eM Customizer.
- Type a name of up to 10 characters. Vietnamese diacritics are supported.
- Pick one of 12 embroidery fonts, an icon (heart, flower, bear, bow, star...) and one of 18 thread colours.
- Preview the design on the bag, then place your order.
How long does it take and how is it delivered?
Each item is made to order. Embroidery and packing take 1-5 working days, not including shipping. We deliver across Vietnam; outside Da Nang the flat shipping fee is 25,000 VND (about US$1) per pouch or pyjamas order and 35,000 VND (about US$1.4) per vanity case order. Because of the making time, order early in your trip and plan around your departure date. If you need delivery outside Vietnam, ask us before you order.
Can I see the products in person?
Yes. The Dear eM store is on Pham Van Dong street in Da Nang, where you can see the bags and choose colours directly.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a Da Nang souvenir from Dear eM in US dollars?
Pouches start at about US$5 and go up to about US$9. Vanity cases are about US$21-29 and silk pyjamas about US$15-20. Exact amounts depend on the exchange rate on the day.
Is the name really embroidered?
Yes. The name and icon are stitched onto the bag in the thread colour you choose, and you see a preview before ordering.
Can I order two or more pouches as gifts?
Yes. When you buy 2 or more pouches, a gift box and card are included. You can also add the Signature gift wrap.
Will my name with accents work?
Yes, the Customizer supports Vietnamese diacritics and shows how the name will look.
What if I leave Da Nang before it is ready?
Pick an item early and allow 1-5 working days. We can ship within Vietnam, or you can collect it at the store before you go.
