How does custom embroidery work?
- Pick a bag and colour on the product page.
- In the Dear eM Customizer, type a name of up to 10 characters (Vietnamese diacritics are supported).
- Choose one of 12 fonts, add an icon such as a heart, flower, bear or star, and pick one of 18 thread colours.
- Preview the design on the bag and check the spelling.
- Place your order. We embroider and pack it in 1-5 working days, not including shipping.
Where is the store?
The Dear eM store is on Pham Van Dong street in Da Nang. You can see the bags and choose colours in person.
How should I plan around my trip?
- Order early. Each piece is made to order, so allow 1-5 working days.
- Check the spelling carefully. Custom embroidery orders cannot be returned for spelling mistakes entered by the customer.
- Delivery is within Vietnam. Outside Da Nang the flat fee is 25,000 VND (about US$1) per pouch or pyjamas order and 35,000 VND (about US$1.4) per vanity case order. For overseas delivery, ask us first.
- Buying 2 or more pouches includes a gift box and card.
